Shown below are a selection of a few of the sketches drawn by fellow grad Ed Dooley. He just started drawing in March of 2014 and has completed more than 160 sketches todate. He tries to do a sketch per day (each one takes about an hour and a half). He is self taught and does it mostly for his own enjoyment. His main area of concentration is the WWI era, but has done images of other periods (as is shown on the left and below). He has had an exhibition of his work on display at the Marshall Museum in Lexington, Virginia since November 12, 2014 (click here to see associated article). He is currently working on a companion exhibit on the "Generation of 1900-1914."
